Welcome to the Sea Change Feedback Portal


The Sea Change Feedback Portal is the one stop shop for all feedback, questions and any other communications. From this portal you can submit "tickets", as well as see the tickets you have already created and check in on their progress.

Getting Started - Your First Ticket

To get started with your first ticket click the big + button followed by "Submit a ticket"

Once on the Submit a ticket page you can fill out the relevant details and submit. One of our friendly Support Services Team will aim to be in contact with you within 1 business day.

Signing up to My Area

When you sign up to My Area you can keep track of any tickets you have submitted with us as well as update information as necessary. My Area is completely voluntary and is not necessary to submit tickets.

If you submit a ticket without having signed up for My Area an email will be sent asking if you want to sign up. Alternatively you can come to the Sea Change Feedback Portal and click My Area. From here you can Log in, Sign up, or change your password if you have forgotten.

My Area

Once signed into My Area you can access all your current and previous tickets. When you click on a ticket you can find all previous communication

Alternatively you can also use the details provided to you on the "Here for you" brochure you would have recieved in your Welcome Pack. If you have not received your Welcome Pack submit a ticket and we will get one shipped to you straight away.
